Requirements:-
- At least 3 years of working experience for Sichuan cuisine
- Good Hygiene knowledge and able to work in a busy kitchen efficiently
- Good knowledge in food production and cooking skills
- Good communication skills with organizing and management skills
- Immediate available is preferred
- Working location: Wanchai District
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for daily kitchen preparation and production to ensure consistent standard of product quality
- Responsible for stock control of food and material for daily usage and monthly stock count
- Assist in developing seasonal recipes and dishes
- Lead the team to ensure the efficiency and smoothness of the kitchen operations
- Strictly follow food safety and hygiene standard of company requirements
Monthly salary:
Wok 1: HKD 25,000
