  • At least 3 years of working experience for Sichuan cuisine
  • Good Hygiene knowledge and able to work in a busy kitchen efficiently
  • Good knowledge in food production and cooking skills
  • Good communication skills with organizing and management skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Working location:  Wanchai District


  • Responsible for daily kitchen preparation and production to ensure consistent standard of product quality
  • Responsible for stock control of food and material for daily usage and monthly stock count
  • Assist in developing seasonal recipes and dishes
  • Lead the team to ensure the efficiency and smoothness of the kitchen operations
  • Strictly follow food safety and hygiene standard of company requirements
Monthly salary:
Wok 1: HKD 25,000
