須最少具3年負責烹調川菜料理的工作經驗
掌握全面的菜餚烹飪知識，熟悉廚房生產流程和菜餚質量標準
具良好溝通能力及協調管理能力
可立即上班者優先
灣仔區工作

Responsibilities:-

負責一切菜餚的烹製及食材預備，並保證出品質素
熟悉各種原材料的性能、特點，選購食材及處理廚房事務
協助按季節變化定期設計創新菜餚
帶領其他人員積極做好準備工作，以最快速度出菜
嚴格執行食物環境衞生守則

每月薪金:
可達港幣29,000
