Requirements:-

At least 3 years of working experience for Shanghainese cuisine
Good Hygiene knowledge and able to work in a busy kitchen efficiently
Good knowledge in food production and cooking skills
Good communication skills with organizing and management skills
Immediate available is preferred
Working location: Hong Kong Island

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for daily kitchen preparation and production to ensure consistent standard of product quality
Responsible for stock control of food and material for daily usage and monthly stock count
Assist in developing seasonal recipes and dishes
Lead the team to ensure the efficiency and smoothness of the kitchen operations
Strictly follow food safety and hygiene standard of company requirements
