Naturally we were very proud when our star chefs – Chef Deng of Deng G and Chef Lo of Yè Shanghai were invited by HKTDC to represent Hong Kong’s leading restaurants at their Gourmet Zone event. Both were asked to do food demonstrations for the attendees, and Chef Deng did not disappoint with his Camphor Smoked Duck and Yu Xiang Prawns, and Chef Lo made Sautéed String Beans with Bamboo Shoots. If you weren’t there, what better reason to get down to either restaurant to try the dishes for yourself!
