One of Hong Kong's most successful restaurateurs, Paul Hsu of Elite Concepts teams up with long-term Shanghai-based, Chengdu-raised partner Chef Deng Huadong of Deng G Shanghai (鄧記食園) to bring Deng G Bistro & Baijiu Bar to Hong Kong, early September. Located over two floors at 147 Queen’s Road East, Deng G will serve Chef Deng’s signature style of cuisine and cooking style in an exquisite menu of Sichuan dishes using the freshest ingredients. The venue comprises a bar on the second floor and a restaurant on the third floor accommodating 100 guests in total.
